Meditation with Cosmic Energy

8 - 9.30pm

The session will begin with guided mindfulness meditation to bring you into a deep state of stillness and calm. Then, with the help of universal mantras and mudras, cosmic energy will be channelled into the circle and directed to flow through your entire being to activate and balance your chakras, boost your aura, enhance your psychic knowledge and balance your energy sensitivity. As an empowerment, the cosmic energy will deepen your meditation and awaken the energies of compassion and wisdom of sublime non-duality.

This is a lost art and ancient wisdom which has proven to be a very powerful and effective healing modality. It helps reveals truths about your emotional and subtle energies, their causality and how the ‘flow’ affects your present life situation; the correlation between one’s internal and external conditioning. Processing and healing these subtle energies and emotional knots will improve both physical, mental, spiritual and emotional well-being.

What will you get out of this session? We are not going to promise you anything. A spiritual person doesn’t ask, and a master never guarantees. But there is a reason why people are coming back to The Hermitage every week.

Quoting Alan Watts: “But I’ll tell you what hermits realize. If you go off into a far, far forest and get very quiet, you’ll come to understand that you’re connected with everything.”

This is an advanced practice and we advise participants to have prior experience in basic meditation, loving-kindness or mindful practices. However, you are more than welcome to join us if you are really keen.

Mindfulness Meditation

Unsure on where to meditate in Singapore? We have just the meditation space for you.

We begin our meditation by settling everyone down with a cup of tea and a brief sharing session about our day. Guided sessions and conversations are always spontaneous. The teaching and guidance of the day are based on the collective energy of the participants such as what they have experienced throughout the week or what are their endeavours. Thus, every meditation session is very organic and mindfully tailored with the participants’ best interest in mind.

Our meditation sessions are comprehensive from learning how to concentrate on your breathing in order to become more present to invoke a deep sense of relaxation, to learning how to live more consciously and mindfully by being aware and contemplating on your thoughts and emotions.
